It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione o dall'aereoporto Marco Polo, l'appartamento è collocato in un punto di facile accessibiltà anche con l'auto. Nelle vicinanze troviamo supermarket, ristoranti e quanto di utile può servire. A circa 1 Km l'università dello IUSVE, mentre Piazza San Marco dista circa 13 KM.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
