You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and includes a tiled rain shower, soaking tub and large private back deck. It is just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; and 35 minutes to Burlington.

My space is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the New North End of Burlington, close to Lake Champlain's beach, Hannaford grocery store, and great dining options like La Boca Wood Fired Pizzeria, Smitty's Pub, and Simple Roots Brewing. Family-friendly activities include Leddy Park and Ethan Allen Park. Downtown Burlington is a short trip away, and the property is conveniently located on the bus line for easy access to the area.
