SeaWatch Beach House - Lake Superior Access

Relax at a one-of-a-kind airy beach house on Lake Superior! Natural light illuminates the house from dawn to dusk! Enjoy sunsets, walk on the incredibly soft sandy beach, take a dip in Superior, view the Northern Lights, relax on the patio for dinner, and make bonfires with family and friends! Our location is also ideal for snowmobile and ORV riders, bikers as the trail is across the road from our driveway! Two trailer parking spots are available. Anytime of year, you will enjoy this retreat!

Random Point Tree House: Home

Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. This comfortable home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, five to ten minutes from Marquette. Perfect for families, couples, singles or business travelers. Located across the street is a small marina, where you can fish, launch a small boat, jet ski, canoe and kayak for miles. Its a five minute walk to a nature preserve, brewpub and biking trail leading into Marquette along Lake Superior and to 47 miles of Heritage Trails. Snowmobile directly from the home to over 400 trails.

2 bedroom house located on us 41. 7 mile drive along Lake Superior from NMU. 6 miles from town. 1 mile from grocery store, bar/restaurant and gym. 6 miles to endless mountain bike trails and ski hill. 45 miles from beautiful pictured rocks. I have two new kayaks and 2-e-bikes at the house that guests are welcome to use, but will be held responsible for any damage. I can supply a third upon request. A helmet is required! The couch upstairs also folds into a bed. Check out time is 11:00.

Quiet, residential neighborhood, conveniently located for day trips in either direction - Picture Rocks in Munising or up to the Copper Country. 12 miles from Marquette, easy walk to supermarket and public sand beach. About a mile to antique shopping, restaurants, bars, Iron Ore Heritage Trail for biking or hiking and mega RAMBA Trails.

You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.

Green Garden Depot

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette. Due to allergies this a no pet listing.
