This studio is located RIGHT AT THE PORT of Ios, at the side of the building at the first floor, in front of the Yacht docking premises. Needless to say is very close to everything you need. The supermarket is located just under your feet. ( I really mean it !) , The outstanding cafe-ouzo taverna " O Kafenes" is a few feet walk, the bus station,car rental, fishing and diving services, bakery and other cafe and restaurants are 50-60 meters away. The famous blue flag "Yialos" beach is in 350 mtrs.

We recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or atv, in order to explore all the beautiful beaches and Ios scenery. Feel free to enjoy your privacy with a great view.

The house is situated in Maganari,in the south of the island 25 km from the main village. It is on the ground floor and overlooks the beach,only 180 m. away. It consists of 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms ,kitchen and a comfortable sitting-room. The area is generally peaceful and the visitor may enjoy the most relaxing holiday . There are only 3 taverns by the beach No Super Market , No bars in the area so make sure you do your shoping before you get there.
