You will be staying in a cozy house that has everything you need - including air conditioning in all rooms, a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains and a full kitchen. The house is in the middle of Limnes, a lively Greek village, with great authentic tavernas, surrounded by mountains to hike or cycle. In the neighbouring village, Neapoli, you can rent bikes. A ten minute drive takes you down to the sea and to the city of Agios Nikolaos - to shops, Cafés, Restaurants, bars and beaches.

Villa Yiayia: Relaxing by the sea (Heated pool)

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

Tucked away in the ancient village of Limnes is Rustic Nook, a secret hideaway for lovers of life and romance. Entering from the narrow lane into the tiny courtyard, you will be whisked away into a bygone age and perhaps get a taste of the essence of what the building stored many moons ago – an old stone wine press. Yaya ‘s (grandmother’s) house, is located on the main road of the village and is easily accessible by car, with FREE parking on the street, within a short distance from the house. The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.
