Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. The first floor has a single hide-a-bed and seating. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the woods.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests!
