There are two playgrounds nearby, one just over the fence, and another one 3 mins walk - 200 meters to Westlake.

Please note there are no shops in Governors Bay but there is a cafe and a pub.

Our home located in residential area with 15 min drive to Christchurch CBD, 10 min to the beach, 20 min to airport and 5 min walk to a beautiful lake. Your room has everything you need with a private bathroom and toilet down the shared hallway. you are always welcome to use the shared kitchen/ dining/lounge/outdoor area as you like. During your stay we are happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. The stay is shared with my family of 4.

Within the city's northern boundary, we have local access to the Southern A1, good shopping, reserves and many other attractions and amenities. On bus route, 20 minutes to Central Christchurch. Continental breakfast included.
