Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has gas burners, bbq set outside on the deck and microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster inside. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey

Peaceful Garden Studio: separate, no cleaning fee

Includes self-catered continental breakfast - please advise if you would like breakfast or not. A unique, sunny, compact studio set in an established back garden in a quiet neighbourhood. The garden is a shared space with us - two adults. Enjoy eating outdoors, relax under the mature trees, have a swim during summer. Fridge, microwave, toaster for simple heat/eat meals. THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Copper Beech Cottage

Copper Beech Cottage is perfect for those looking for a cosy, romantic getaway. Surrounded by large trees, beautiful woodland gardens, across the road from the Ōpāwaho River and the sound of birdsong at your doorstep, you are bound to feel relaxed and at home in our bespoke cottage. Staying in a tiny home is an unforgettable experience — and we hope you’ll fall in love with this space just as we have. Please note: The spa is closed for the season from December 1 to February 28.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

Little Melrose Cottage

Little Melrose cottage is the gatekeepers cottage to the Melrose homestead (circa 1907) The location is perfect for a leisurly walk to the town centre (20 mins) and the Museum, art Gallery and information centre (also 20 mins) there are many bars and cafes and supermarket within 10 minutes walking. Although small and compact, the cottage is equipped with oven, microwave, stovetop and washing machine. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers or those travelling for buisness.

Roker Street Retreat

This luxurious, spacious studio offers a contemporary, quiet retreat with a distinctly Kiwi feel. Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.

Located in Cass Bay, with a full ensuite, queen bed, and full kitchen with outdoor deck and close access to a variety of coastal walking tracks. An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
