The Cabin is a charming property located next to the owner’s home but is private. It is furnished to give guests a cosy and comfortable stay. You enter the property straight into the well-proportioned, open plan living space. The kitchen area is well-equipped and modern, while the living area is designed to maximise the use of space. Leading off from the living room is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. To the front there is is a private parking space for 1 car and use of a garden.

Lovingly brought to life by Sally and Jayne the cabin is brimming with up-cycled elements, each telling their own story and thoughtfully curated to give you a truly unique stay. For walkers and countryside lovers, nearby are the beautiful Stiperstones. And for food and history fans, it's not far to picturesque Ludlow, historic Powis Castle and the lively city of Shrewsbury.

Our lodge lies in a sheltered spot above the bank of the Darnford Brook as it gently meanders along the Shropshire Way. The private garden connects with the footpath leading straight up onto the Long Mynd where you can explore the 5000 acre National Trust AONB, including the Jack Mytton Way and Offas Dyke. Alternatively, follow the byway as it makes its way towards the Stiperstones. The well maintained paths, bridleways and mountain bike trails offer fabulous opportunities for exploring.

Upper Arley Farm Lodge

Escape to the countryside for a couples retreat in this stunning one bed lodge located on a working family farm, situated in Upper Arley. The lodge is surrounded by fields with stunning views of the Severn Valley, Clee and Malvern hills and is only a short walk away from Arley Arboretum, the Severn Valley Railway and the quaint village of Arley itself. Our handcrafted en-suite wooden cabin is located within a small wood on the grounds of working sheep farm with an uninterrupted view across the valley in picturesque Shropshire. It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

Ruth's Retreat is a Scandinavian Log Cabin with hot tub in a beautiful spot surrounded by the South Shropshire countryside. It has a kitchen with deep freeze, fridge, washing machine, cooker , dishwasher and all the equipment required. Two bedrooms, one with views of the hills, the other with a garden view. Smart TV, Blu ray player and free WIFI Central heating. No pets or children, couples only. Please note we have CCTV cameras which record 24hours a day.
