Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. The Annex is a completely self contained open plan 2 double bedroomed groundfloor apartment with patio area and off road parking. The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

The Annex offers dog friendly accommodation with plenty of outdoor space. It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and shower room, and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and garden. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays and access needed to cleaning cupboard and tumble dryer in annex.

The location, in Churchdown Village, is peaceful yet extremely conveniently located, with a pub, village shop, takeaways and bus service to Cheltenham and Gloucester all within a few minutes walk. Free parking on site and wifi is included.

The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.
