The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

Charming self-contained studio flat in the Cotswold village of Shipton Moyne. The private room is built into the 17th century farmhouse and features original oak beams and a log burner. The Studio is perfect for weekend getaways with amazing local places like Westonbirt Arboretum, Highgrove Gardens and the historic town of Tetbury. The village has a lovely pub 200 yards down the road and amazing routes to walk without having to drive anywhere.

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.

It sits in its own terrace/garden in this pretty South Cotswolds village. There are wonderful views, and it's the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. A true home from home, with privacy and seclusion (no owners on site), a great local pub and walks in all directions.
