Hello and welcome to our house on the farm in a small village close to knaresborough, harrogate and ripon are 20 mins drive and the city of york 30 mins, ideal for 6 friends or families, bedrooms can be made into singles or doubles comes with kitchen,dining and living areas, a downstairs bedroom for easy access, mobility ramp to front door, if required wifi, private hottub, bbq, sauna games room, and use of small pool the pool is the owners and a bit dated but welcome to use if wish,

Teal cottage is all on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private hot tub* and exclusive use of the owners private pool* available. There is ample private parking. Tucked away up a long private drive, this isolated cottage has stunning views from every room and from the patios and hot-tub. However, it is only a ten minute walk down into (usually vibrant) Holmfirth. *Use of the hot tub and pool available at additional cost see below for more details.

Harlequin Annexe, with private use of spa options

Harlequin Annex - Private annex with separate entrance, completely separate but part of the Harlequin House building. Guests have access to the annexe only. By prior arrangement, if no-one is using the main house they can also have access to the private garden. Use of the private hot tub in the garden is optional and is subject to availability, it needs to be requested on booking and there is an additional supplement for it. Likewise the pool and Swimspa.

Harlequin House sleeps 12 with 4.5 bathrooms, 8 in the main house and 4 in the separate annex. There is also a private garden with a hot-tub; exclusively yours for the entirety of your stay. Drive-way, off-road parking. Exclusive use of the owners spa facilities is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
