If this apartment was a person, it'd be someone kind, friendly and always happy. It is tidy and well-kept, with a large open-plan living space, modern kitchen, and a balcony complete with hammock to sit with a drink/book and watch the world go by. There's one bedroom with queen bed, a spacious and well-equipped study, laundry/bathroom...plus plenty of indoor plants. The complex also offers secure parking, pool, gym & sauna. For public transport we are 2 mins from Maylands Train Station.

Welcome to our place in Bayswater - one of the older suburbs in Perth, with tree-lined streets and character homes just 15 minutes to the Perth CBD. It's a great location to explore, being just 20 minutes to the beach, or the Swan Valley wineries, or Perth Hills trails and art galleries.
