Downs View Retreat Isle of Wight with HotTub,

The Lodge is situated on the best holiday park on the IOW and is located on the side of the park called Crosswinds. The patio deck looks onto Culver Down with great views. The park has a private beach and is close to the village of Bembridge which has a selection of great cafes and restaurants. The Island has many activities all year round which makes it unique among staycation locations. Explore, soak up the atmosphere, then come back to a luxury home from home and a warm soak in the hot tub!

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

Beautiful Countryside Home. A gorgeous place to stay with family & friends. A beautifully proportioned and sunny 4 bedroom house with a stylish design. It has a stunning entrance hall, huge open plan kitchen and a utility room. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite. There is fantastic walking around, lovely pubs and great places nearby to visit including Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari park, many historical sites and beaches within the hour. Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Surround yourself with style in this standout space. The living room has an extremely comfortable sofa, ideal if you want to chill out and put your feet up. The dining room easily accommodates 6 people around the table, perfect for having dinner together and enjoying a few drinks, whilst you take in the music wall. Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. Secure for children and dogs. Numerous footpaths direct from the door. Many places of interest reached by car or train including Paultons Theme Park. The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.
