I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. The apartment was built 2016, blending Victorian charm with modern flow and amenities. Our house has a walk score of 93! Located just three miles south of downtown Portland, the Sellwood Moreland neighborhood is home to coffee shops, restaurants, unique local shops, grocery, wildlife refuge, roller rink and parks. So much to LOVE about Sellwood!
