Luxe Surfers Paradise Beach House 50m to the beach

Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

Grassmere Cottage is a beautiful heritage style cottage nestled on the Beechmont plateau. Antique furniture, ornate ceilings and period styling create the ambience of an elegant country residence. Featuring a cosy warm fireplace, heated outdoor spa, comfortable beds, you will be able to completely escape the busy hustle and bustle and relax. Located 10km from Lamington National Park you can enjoy the great outdoors, or simply stay in and enjoy the company of people who matter the most.

Fresh Mountain Air and away from all the crowds. From the moment you arrive at this elegant country home you will feel a sense of peace, tranquility, and gracious living. Situated on the quiet side of Tamborine Mountain, tucked into the end of a leafy culdesac, Casa Serena offers spectacular coastal views. The kitchen is the chef heaven, with an abundance of space, storage and quality throughout. There are multiple entertaining areas, inside and outside, offering uncrowded relaxation.

The property is approximately 1.25hrs drive from Brisbane CBD (1.5hrs from Brisbane airport) and just under 1 hr from the Gold Coast airport. Gold Coast beaches approx. 40mins from the house.
