This home is on 2 levels with 5 bedrooms (1 room is a mezzanine with double day bed and desk), 2 bathrooms, laundry, large open family room, kitchen, dining area & swimming pool. Wrap around deck provides amazing views of the Gold Coast & the back patio sits in the rainforest. You'll find local shops, restaurants, cafes, rainforest walks and Gold Coast theme parks all within a 30min drive.

Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.

Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Raymond House is located just off Main Street close to a range of coffee shops and restaurants. The two bedroom cottage (and study) is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The property is approximately 1.25hrs drive from Brisbane CBD (1.5hrs from Brisbane airport) and just under 1 hr from the Gold Coast airport. Gold Coast beaches approx. 40mins from the house.
