Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Our modern lakefront cabin sleeps 21 with 2 full width decks, and a hot tub and fire table on lower decks, dock w/ covered slip + picnic table. 100% renovated in 2020 by new owners, come enjoy our place at Norris Lake under knotty pine cathedral ceilings with unlimited WiFi, 6 free kayaks, outdoor fire pit, and wooded views of the Lake and mountains. Fam Rm with sofas, high-end furnishings + cozy décor welcome you to this 6- bedroom getaway in the no-wake cove of Flat Hollow Marina.

Serenity Cove 3 Bedroom Home on Secluded Cove

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.

The house has everything you need to enjoy your solitude near beautiful Norris Lake: mountain and lake views, gas stone-fireplaces, Amish rocking chairs on wrap around porch, leather couch and granite countertops, comfortable loft and peaceful scenery. Hand-hewn timbers are the structural bones of this luxurious cabin. Providing a sense of safety and security.

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas. Hosts live in main house, but you likely won’t see them.

Hillside Hideaway at Norris Lake

Escape to serenity at the “Hillside Hideaway” at Norris Lake, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Take in stunning Lake views from the covered deck, or bask in the sun on the lower deck. Minutes away by boat to Powell Valley Marina and Flat Hollow Marina with an onsite covered slip for your boat or jet ski(s)! The property has WiFi, but it’s on a cellular network. During peak times, there could be connectivity issues due to US Cellulars rural bandwidth.

Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees. Endless Summer - Norris Lake

Endless Summer is a family friendly house which includes a private dock located on Norris Lake. Just 5 minutes off of HWY 33. It offers a cozy atmosphere where you can make wonderful memories with family and friends. Our private dock is a short easy walk from the house. NO STAIRS down to the water!! The dock sits in a large peaceful cove off the main channel of Norris Lake.
