We use all non-toxic plant based cleaning products & 'free&clear' laundry detergent to make your stay more comfortable. A beautifully remodeled flat in light filled walkout basement with 1 bed /1 bath flat that sleeps 4, w/island kitchen, luxury queen bed, electric fireplace, full sleeper sofa, coffee bar, game/card table & corner desk. French doors with key less access lead to a relaxing covered patio, outdoor bar, grill and sitting area. Private covered parking. There are full time tenants above the flat. They are very considerate and know to limit noise, especially during quiet hours of 10pm - 10am.

Watch the otters play and the boats sail past! 960 sq ft open plan apartment with great room, small well-equipped kitchen, propane fireplace, bedroom w/ comfy king bed & dressing area with sink, laundry room w/washer & dryer. There's a nook in the great room that houses a futon type full sized bed that can sleep two (smaller people or kids). The tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious and the windows let lots of light and views in.
