(Launch is about a block away) 30-35 minutes from major cities-Cadillac, Clare, Mt. pleasant - Very clean, sweet little family-owned cottage- time to unwind and reconnect.

Based on the season, fishing, skiing, tubing/sledding, golf, or off-road trails are all options. Back at the beach house, cozy up next to the bonfire and enjoy some s'mores on the lake.

This house boasts knotty pine cathedral ceilings, 2 gathering/ living areas, a gas grill, and a large deck. There's a back door that opens to a fenced in yard for you four legged family members. The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask.

Black Bear Cabin-Leota

Come experience an off roading/hunters paradise in Leota. Located one mile from the Muskegon River and just around the corner from the Trails End bar. This area offers miles of trails and state land for hunting. You can ride your ATV’s from the house to the trails. There is plenty of room in the driveway for multiple trucks and trailers. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, bedding, towels and a charcoal grill, charcoal not included.

Just South of Heaven is located near Clare, Michigan, the “Gateway to the North”. A great place to enjoy all the activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you full access to 10 acres of property with a large yard and 2 car garage. Hosts Luke and Angie live next door with 2 sons, 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats.
