Well maintained one level home to fit your needs. 3 bedrooms that include 1 king size, 1 queen size and 1 full size bed. Full bath with walk-in shower. Full kitchen and large dining area. Comfortable living room with TV. Half bath with washer and dryer for your convenience. Off street parking.

Dip into the hot tub after a day of adventure. During the summer, head to the beach or rent a boat just a 3 minute drive. During winter enjoy ice fishing or use the groomed snowmobile or cross country ski trails.

We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.
