Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Golf course community, walkout basement with private entry. Flat screen TV, WiFi, Private Bedroom. Large Family rm with pull out Queen sleeper sofa, pool table, Hardwood floors. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, Keurig. Toaster/hot plate and basic dishes/ cooking utensils are included. (one review stated dishes weren't clean) I was trying the whole open shelf look and didn't realize I would need to clean the dishes more often since they weren't in a cabinet) Private patio. Located in Louisville in the village of Norton Commons minutes from downtown and Churchill Downs. This spacious guest suite in the lower level of our home includes a kitchenette, game/dining table, TV/gathering room, two bedrooms with queen beds, and one private full bath. Entrance is through a shared entryway into our home. There is a wraparound porch with rockers for guests to relax and enjoy. Parking is free on the street in front or on the side of the property.
