Arts & Athletics is a functioning art gallery making works by local and regional artists accessible to anyone who stays in this brand new addition to a mid-century modern ranch home. The name comes from the base of the statue of Athena in downtown Athens. The decor references the goddess and her attributes with an updated Southern take on old-school European charm. A short walk to Normaltown bars & restaurants or downtown, on the border between the historic Cobbham and Normaltown neighborhoods.

All two-day(Friday and Saturday)Gameday reservations are Thursday thru Monday (two free nights,4-day weekend,3 vehicles) This guest suite has a private entry and is closed off from the rest of the house. Walking distance to the Georgia Theatre(.7 miles), the Classic center(.2 miles), Sanford Stadium(.7 miles), UGA and downtown Athens. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and future UGA students. Located on the Greenway, near the Firefly Trail and mountain bike trails. Parking for 2 Vehicles.

Guests enjoy a spacious craftsman-style suite complete with full private bath (double shower+ tub!), mini-kitchenette, sofa, 24 hour self check-in via combo lock, wrap around porch and private entrance. Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities, and all the goings on at the University of Georgia. 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Not suitable for smoking, pets, and children under 13.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Apt has Murphy bed and mini kitchen with refrigerator and convection microwave as well as bathroom & storage. Located 0.70 miles from 5 Points and 1.25 miles from Sanford Stadium on quiet street with little through traffic. Perfect for UGA visits, game day weekends or just visiting Athens!

NOT a PARTY house for loud groups. An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee.Peaceful Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 5 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!
