Longwood State Park is the closest boat ramp, and a mere 10 minute boat ride from there. Nonsmoking property. No vehicles on the back lawn. NO PARTIES. Please review cancellation policy.

We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. Located just one row back from the water, it’s an easy ~100 yard walk to our private slip dock and quiet beach access in a calm cove. Two kayaks are included for exploring the lake. Ideal for families, fishermen, and small groups, with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Long’s Lakehouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront property. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with one king bed, one queen bed, and a pull out sofa! The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, utensils, pizza pan, crock pot, skillet, pots , pans, baking sheets, toaster, oven and microwave! Bedrooms and living room have smart tvs. WiFi available! Enjoy the kayaks, lots of fishing, grilling, and fire pit! There is something for here for everyone!

Bracey Historic Train Depot

Want to step back in time to the late 1800s? A stay at the historic Bracey Train Depot offers exactly that—plus modern comfort. The Depot is one of the few surviving historic buildings on Bracey Drive, alongside the old post office across the street, the general store next door, and other local landmarks. This stretch of Bracey Drive feels quietly tucked away, just around the “cut,” yet it’s conveniently located less than half a mile from I-85.

The Hawk's Nest (Pets welcome, no fee)

This house is surrounded by growth. High trees provide shade while grilling out and the wooded lot gives a feeling of being somewhere much more remote. There are exactly seventy stairs to the water. The dock provides a great place to relax and eat and drink. The water off the dock is 7ft deep, so jump right in. It is possible to tie a boat up to the outside of the dock so feel free to bring your own or rent one from the nearby Marina.
