The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Catskills Overlook Mountain Sanctuary

Our cabin is located in the stunning Catskills area of Neversink, NY. A perfect hideaway to embrace a mountain visit, with modern conveniences. 2 acres of private, park-like land, that’s incredibly zen and encourages wandering. Sit near our koi pond, or relax on our decks–each with a view of Lake Paradise. A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin is complete with a seasonal (Oct-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

My cabin in rural, woodsy Catskills is perfect for a relaxing getaway/escape from the city. Read a book or binge a show in the cozy living room, cook an elaborate (or simple) meal in the big, recently renovated kitchen, grill and/or enjoy the fire pit on the patio, & get out in nature with hikes, a lake, & slopes nearby! 25 minutes to all the cute Catskills towns like Livingston Manor, Mountain Dale, & Ellenville with great restaurants, bars, and shops! Also, only 5 minutes from Hemlock spa!

Secluded Cabin in Catskills Park on 20 acres

It's a secluded cabin and we kept it small and pristine for a reason. We also just planted cherry trees and apple tree...We kept it pristine so one can feel nature. And we dont have internet or Tv there otherwize it would be like being in the city. Get a feel for what it is like to be in a cabin in the woods. There is a whole flourishing ecosystem there with family of rabits, foxes, humming birds, bees, butterflies and birds. We are planting a garden and flowers. A place for hiking lovers.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. Offers four bedrooms, and two large baths with bright, sunny living areas. You won't be roughing it! We have a large outdoor stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a hot tub, quiet trails for private walks, and all the nature you love. There are three outdoor seating areas for meals and relaxation, a woodstove, and a picture perfect kitchen.

Modern Catskills Tiny House Near Hiking Trails

A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 200 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets .
