The lovely village of Kilmessan is 1km away, where you’ll find pubs, shops, and restaurants. Tara Hill, a famous historic site, is 3km from the apartment. Golf lovers will enjoy being near the Royal Tara Golf Club. For history fans, the heritage town of Trim, with its stunning Trim Castle is 10km away. Bus Éireann has routes to Dublin City from Kilmessan village.

Welcome to our newly refurbished large self contained studio apartment. It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The studio is equipped with large flatscreen TV, high speed internet, and it just a five minute drive to the Hill of Tara, 10 minutes to the Hot Box Sauna, and 20 minutes from New Grange. In our back garden you might meet our two dogs, alpacas, pony, and our chickens.

Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. A very unique and enjoyable place to stay with a vast range of local & historical amenities at your disposal.
