The house is located in the quiet mountain neighborhood of Meadow View Estates but only about 10-12 min from the charming downtown of Franklin, North Carolina with plenty of activities to keep you and the family busy. The entire upper level is entirely yours with its own private entrance. Access requires steps. The parking is the only shared space since the lower level has a permanent resident.

Owl's Nest Retreat with Fishing

Nestled in the mountains of Hayesville NC you will find Owl’s Nest. A perfect retreat for 2 people, this one bedroom one bath apartment is located in the upper story of a large barn (no worries, as there are no animals below) . (Dry storage for motorcycles.) For those who love to fish there is a 2 acre stocked fishing pond with bass, catfish, sunfish & more (catch and release only), as well as approx 250’ of creek frontage on Tusquittee Creek for trout fishing.
