Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

Our historic apartment located in Central Downtown Richmond is a perfect stay for all occasions. Built in the 1800s this space has so much character and history. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. This charming PRIVATE cottage in the woods is all yours with WiFi, propane heat, fridge, cook top, microwave, large toaster oven, BBQ, basic cooking supplies, AC, no water inside cabin but tap outside, water cooler, 2 futons sleeps 4 on a beautiful pond. Perfect for romantic retreat, or a group of friends nature getaway.There is NO washroom at the cottage.The washroom facilities are in the tackroom in the barn and the ONLY shared space. It's a lovely camp like setting enjoyable year-round.

We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. The Lavender House

Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

Situated on the north channel and St. Clair river enjoy the water views and directly across the street from the Algonac boardwalk. Only Airbnb in downtown district within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Boat launch options very close. Parking on premises including boat.

HOT TUB IS OPEN AND HOT YEAR ROUND! (YES EVEN WINTER!) Cozy canal home on beautiful Lake St. Clair! Keep your boats out of the elements in the huge covered boathouse (27' & 25') or on the 60 foot seawall (with electricity and water!). Park your trucks and trailers on site! Located just around the corner from Lake St. Clair Metro Park. Light a fire and relax in the BRAND NEW hot tub or dual rainfall shower after a long day of fishing!
