Plenty to do - local hikes, fishing, and a mountain coaster and tubing year round at Highlands Outpost just a few minutes down the road. Highlands is only 10 miles away for a mountain city adventure.

It boasts a separate game room complete with air hockey, ping-pong, and more. Bring a fishing pole for catch and release fishing in your front yard! Just minutes from historic downtown Franklin, hiking, waterfalls, brews, gem mining and more. After a day of fun, come back home to roast s'mores on the fire table. Must be 21 to book.

The Cottage At Pine Ridge ~ It's Time To Relax ~

The Cottage at Pine Ridge A whimsical and enchanting place to gather with loved ones. Nestled on the edge of a pine ridge, this five bedroom cottage boasts three full bathrooms and a laundryroom. There are plenty of spaces for you to enjoy. The first being our lovely porch that greets you when you arrive. You can cook a meal for the masses in our updated and fully equipped kitchen featuring two, five burner stainless stoves. The dining room seats fourteen around a large farmhouse table.

Brookside Cottage

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.

Creekside Cottage

Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

The Crane Cottage in downtown Cashiers

This cottage is a private home on Cashiers Lake; walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, minutes to golf courses, hiking trails and trout fishing, the perfect year round get-a-way with a key location and utmost charm. To all of our guests for 2024- FYI : The private lake that is the back drop to our house will be empty all year due to the owner’s development. Rain will allow it to look full at times. A spacious cottage with gorgeous Mountain Views!

If your idea of a vacation is serenity and relaxation, then the Deerfield Cottage is for you. The property sits on 12 acres, nestled in the Wayah valley just six miles from historical Franklin, NC. In the early mornings or at dusk, look for the deer that frequent the property. Often you will see fawns frolicking in the field under the fruit trees. A 100 year old corn crib harkens back to the early days when this land was part of a working farm.
