The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Escape to this unique & tranquil getaway in 1000 islands vicinity. The spacious lake-view sunroom is perfect for relaxing. The master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Relax in the hot tub [seasonally May-November] overlooking the lake or lounge at waterfront pergola with gas fire-pit. Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Heron Cottage @ The Ledges Resort & Marina

Welcome to the Ledges Resort & Marina! We are located on the St. Lawrence River across from Boldt Castle and Sunken Rock Lighthouse. We have ten cottages of various sizes spread throughout the property. Six acres of landscaped grounds and gardens wander along the river for your enjoyment. We have decks, hammocks, and gazebos along the water. The large in-ground pool is newly renovated. Each cottage has their own firepit with Adirondak chairs, and we provide firewood for free!

Howe Island Bunkie: Fall is a beautiful time to relax at our private bunkie. You can also kayak, bike, play corn hole game, etc. Cabin sleeps 2 with separate bathroom. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), cards, board games. Cabin has electricity with BBQ, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.
