This 2 bedroom + loft w/ twin-over-full bunkbeds, 2.5 bath townhome in the center of Suncadia is the ideal place for your next getaway! Large lawn in front is great for kids & games. Private rear patio has furniture, BBQ, and a sparkling clean private hot tub. A very open, sunny 1400sf accommodates up to 7 guests or a few more with prior approval. NOTE: Suncadia does *not* allow access to their pools for our guests and they do not offer day passes. All other resort amenities open to all guests.

The main house has a loft with 86" TV with Bose, large fireside dining room, open kitchen, and 1 master and twin bed room all on the main floor. The bottom floor has another living room, game room, and another master! Steps away is the mother-in-law cabin that feels like a hotel room! 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed fill this 500 sqft unit. Enjoy your own private bath and small private kitchen. Lots of great zones on this property!

Bring the whole family for hiking, biking, running, water sports, snow sports, amazing local restaurants, winery and night life. Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir and water levels vary throughout the year. Spring to mid summer the water is up to my trail with no beach. Mid summer to winter a beautiful beach is in front of you to drive, quad, snowmobile or play volleyball and frisbee on. The best of both worlds year round.

Cozy cabin in the mountains. Hiking, biking, kayaking in the spring/summer. Winter, hit the slopes, sledding, snowshoeing. Relax in the tub, cozy up by the fire. Play a board game, stream a movie. Cook a meal, or grab a bite or a brew down the road. Winter months, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOVEL! It can get deep. Keeping the deck clear will prevent hazards, and is a must. This is not the place for you, if you can't climb steep stairs, or are not willing to shovel. Not suitable for kids under 5.
