We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center.
