There is a full Kitchen, Laundry room and wonderful living area downstairs. Upstairs has a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and nice Bathroom. It is 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM and also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach and Main street. There is a cozy backyard with Fire Pit & Grill.

It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. Close to downtown with only a short walk!

Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.
