This incredible lower level suite on Georgian Bay with deck on the water is totally private and has a private entrance and is totally renovated with new downsview kitchen fireplace and private sauna with shower….the location is incredible with private parking spot.. 12 minutes to blue mountain 7 minutes to collingwood and 5 minute walk to the brand new CASINO AND RESTAURANT.You are also just off of Hw 26 and close to everything . This is perfect for a ski vacation and the best entertainment ….

The space has been designed to capture the coastal vibe of our part of the city, which feels like cottage country with the convenience of getting to the downtown core in 30 minutes driving or on the Lakeshore GO. Both windows open to a beautiful view of the lake. Our guests also enjoy spending time in the yard, which backs onto the Green Belt conservation area — calling nature & bird enthusiasts!

Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us.
