A luxury one bedroom B&B with one full private bath in a quiet street walking distance to bus station surrounded by park and trails. Perfect for family visits, short trips and couple getaway. High speed WIFI, Netflix, RO water for drinking and soft water in shower, fresh towels, hair dryer, iron, washer & dryer. We provide amazing breakfast from our Menu with all good quality ingredients, fresh coffee & selection of teas. We also offer lunch & dinner services upon request for an additional fee.

This basement unit has 1 bedroom, 1 private bath, living room with bar kitchen (not for cooking meal). This is not a luxury one, but a cozy "cave" for relaxation, meditation, etc. or simply a quiet and convenient place for travellers, workers, students to stay and enjoy breakfast from 7:45 am to 10:00 am (no special diets). This place is just a few minutes walk from the city center, with full amenities, laundry service, etc. We cordially invite you to our place, hope you will have a great stay.

Diana & Eric welcome you to join them to their family built log home. Though quaint and a tad rustic, we have modern amenities. Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. If you would enjoy a 'glamping' experience, check the listings for our 2 new bunkies in the woods. We welcome families, friends, groups and workshops or retreats.

Take in stunning panoramic views of Beaver Valley at Dragonfly Ridge. Close to many ski hills, hiking trailheads & river access points for paddling. Wake up to breathtaking views from your cozy, private cabin with a King Bed and Queen Bed in the loft. Book the Clubhouse ($40/hour, 2 hour minimum) to access a separate recreation building on the property with an 8-person cedar sauna, 6-person hot tub, cold plunge, a professional golf simulator, private movie theater, Ping Pong and more.

Waterfront suit on Lake Simcoe with private bathroom. Ice fishing within your finger tip, Cook's Bay Marina around the corner for boats and water grafts rentals, 20 min drive to the ski hills of Snow Valley, swimming and fishing off Lake Simcoe. Free parking, internet and outdoor kitchen included. golf course 2 min drive, It's a waterfront property so children should be with adults/parents and monitored at all times, bring your own life jackets, wear it all times when you are in the water.

Just 5 minutes to downtown Barrie, RVH & Georgian College. Super comfy bed, extremely clean home. HD Netflix TV in room. High Speed WiFi. Self serve kitchenette with breakfast options. Parking. Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. Our home/neighborhood is quiet & perfect for studying, rest & relaxation. In the summer enjoy the backyard deck and our BIG tree.
