Fabulous Family Lake House on Eden Isle

Our Fabulous Family Lake House is located on Eden Isle, a 400 acre resort just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Eden Isle is surrounded by Greers Ferry Lake. Our home is close to (.5 mile) Eden Isle Marina and a short (2 minute) drive from the Red Apple Inn & Country Club. It includes a romantic (gas log) fireplace, a large gazebo with a big screen outdoor theater set up for "movie nights", a cascading koi pond, and beautiful grounds that are drawn indoors by our home's extensive windows.

Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Lakefront home is nestled in a tranquil cove on the Tannenbaum Peninsula. With 4 bedrooms (+ Loft) and 3 baths, a total of 13 people can comfortably stay. Bring your boat! A neighborhood boat ramp is 2 mins away. Tannenbaum Golf Course, a top 5 course in Arkansas, is 3 mins away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, play some foosball or hit a ping pong ball. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa bed. Two single kayaks are provided. Enjoy the FAST WiFi. No parties.

The Little Red River Chalet w/private dock on stocked catch & release only pond, walk over to the Little Red River. 3 Bedroom+Loft. 2 TempurPedic Beds. 2 Masters. Bring your boat & dock it in the neighborhood boat dock, walking distance from the chalet. Bring the family/friends. Enjoy the outdoor/indoor fireplaces, firepit, grilling, playing pool, darts, board games, corn hole, badminton, fishing, kayaking, hiking, shopping, dining, etc. About 12 min to downtown & 10 min to Greers Ferry Lake.
