Lynwode B&B

The Jolly Badger is a generously sized room with a king size bed, the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a television, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area . You will find a variety of teas and coffees in your room. A breakfast comprising of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereal/porridge and fruit juice which will be delivered to your room in the morning. Cooked breakfasts and packed lunches are also available on request for a small fee.

Large Double Bedroom on Sunk Island

A large and stylish double bedroom with an optional extra bed for a 3rd person. A private bathroom is adjacent to the room. A separate bedroom on the same floor with 2 single beds can also be booked in conjunction. Please contact us for more information. We offer an optional Full English Breakfast which can be enjoyed in our private kitchen in the former classroom of the Old Schoolhouse. There is a games room for guest's use and where we also serve dinners (advance booking).

West House B &B ( Breakfast is currently unavailable ) is positioned on the edge of the village of Binbrook with views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET. It is self-contained with its own entrance and consists of one ground floor, en-suite bedroom, a private snug/ dining area and a patio area with garden. There is off road parking next to the accommodation on the gated driveway.

Cosy Garden/Garage studio in Lincolnshire Wolds

A comfortable and relaxing bolt hole in the Lincolnshire wolds, ideally situated between Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby. Lovely walks on the doorstep along the Viking Way across the wolds. Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A selection of breakfast choices will be left in the studio for you to help yourselves to what you like when it suits you.

This first floor double room with a king sized bed has a south-facing view over the garden opposite. The larger than average bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet and wash hand basin. This ground floor room at Elm Tree Farm is situated at the rear of the house. There is a beautiful, brand new en-suite shower room with overhead spray, wash hand basin and toilet. Breakfast is available at an extra cost of £10 per person. This is bookable in advance through direct contact with Gina prior to the visit.

Twin en suite Room - Room only

This first floor room at Elm Tree Farm faces south over the garden. The en suite has a small bath with shower above, wash hand basin and toilet. Breakfast is available at an extra charge of £10 per person. This is bookable in advance through direct contact with Gina prior to the stay.
