At the RR your close to it all (5-15 by car ) to hartwell lake, tiger town, Clemson university, shopping, restaurants , sunset views etc. Waiting for you back at the space is 1 bedroom featuring a full size bed, 1 bathroom fully stocked, small kitchen w/ pots+pans and a cozy living space with games, dvds, fireplace and tv provided. Outside (H tub currently Out) Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor games, a fire or an afternoon grill out on the porch along w/a bbq grill. Kayaks are available upon request

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!
