Sunrise Retreat on Lake Keowee with Hot Tub!

Welcome to Sunrise Retreat on Lake Keowee, a place for family and friends to be together!  This newly constructed home is built along the shores of the beautiful Lake Keowee. With 5 bedrooms (10 beds in all), there is plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax.  Upon entering the home, you'll find a large living space with an operational fireplace set beside floor-to-ceiling windows with an unbeatable view of Lake Keowee. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a 5-burner gas stove, all stainless steel appliances, and a drip coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the island, and the countertop lighting creates the perfect ambiance. The open concept kitchen allows the entire group to be together for gatherings, whether they're kicking back in the living room, helping out in the kitchen, or setting the table for dinner. The dining table seats 8 and is situated beside large windows facing the lake. On the first level, you'll find 2 bedrooms. The master suite features a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. With the windows in this bedroom, you'll never miss a sunrise! The en-suite bathroom features his and her sinks, a stand-in shower, and a tub. The second bedroom on the first level has a Queen size bed. Upstairs, you'll find 3 more bedrooms. The upstairs master also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a King size bed. Down the hall, you'll find the second bedroom with a Queen size bed and twin over full bunk beds, and en-suite half bath. The third upstairs bedroom has 2 twin over twin bunk beds as well as an en-suite half bath. The half baths are adjoined by a separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The tankless hot water heater ensures plenty of hot water for every shower or relaxing bath. Through the finished basement (complete with a ping pong table, seating for 4, and a refrigerator), you'll exit onto the gem of the home. Outside, there is beautiful, meticulously planned stonework laid to create an area that is both inviting and spacious. The hot tub bubbles just beyond the door, perfectly set for a view of the lake. The firepit is just down the stairs where you and your group can gather and watch the sunset, converse, and have a great time around the fire. The dock is available for you to dock your boat- feel free to bring your own or rent from a reputable dealer in the area! Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

Kid friendly as well. Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Close to everything in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

This 7600 sq. ft lakefront home sleep up to 18 featuring 7 bedrooms with 1 additional rooms with sofa beds; 5 full-sized bathrooms; 1 laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each level boasts a fully furnished kitchen along with a large entertainment area. Breakfast area off main kitchen in addition to a spacious dining room that seats up to 10.

Lake Hartwell house w/ dock 2 miles from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is next cove over. Clemson golf course across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

Entire home with 3 docks on Hartwell near Clemson

Very secluded and family friendly, yet close to everything. Roughly 3 miles by boat from Clemson and Death Valley (about six miles by car), it boasts over an acre and a half of pristine woodland. There are three docks on property, the largest installed new in July of 2021 and two smaller to chase changing water levels. Total of six bedrooms, plus a murphy bed in the game room makes this ideal for a laid back family get-together.
