If you wanted to fish or relax on the water, you can walk down the stairs to sit at the table or on the larger covered floating dock. Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Paddle boat, 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks included

Woods & Waterfront Duck Creek

3 acres to play on. Guest Cottage with extra kitchen. Rent a boat right around the corner and keep it at our dock or play a round of golf. Bring an RV for extra guest! We have a hookup. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Use our Concierge service for grocery delivery, stroller, car seat etc. rental. The main house has 3 bedrooms and queen sofa sleeper. (K bedroom, Q bedroom and T bedroom with 3 twins, toddler bed and crib) 2 bathrooms. Cottage has a Q loft and Q sofa sleeper and 1 bath.

Setting on Route 66, just 2 miles from I44 Vinita exit, the silo is situated on 20acres and includes a stocked 5 acre pond for fishing and exploring! The bin has a full kitchen and a custom tiled shower in the downstairs bathroom. Downstairs also has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full size pull out. Upstairs has 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, 1/2 bath and a second living room with a queen size pullout. Enjoy the sunset or sunrise over looking cattle and horse pastures.

Knots Landing is a romantic retreat with a beautiful new hot tub! We are located across the street from Grand Lake! This is a spacious Studio cabin, complete with a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor grill and large deck. Enjoy the view from the large deck or enjoy the outdoor firepit. The Grand Lake Cabins offer an ideal escape or simply unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Nestled in a scenic wooded setting we often have nightly visits from the local deer passing through.

Parking is very limited so please take note! Lakefront studio cabin in Padley’s Point! This cabin has a fully furnished kitchen and still has that cottage (one big room) charm. The bedroom area has a queen over queen bunk-bed that comfortably sleeps 4. Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away! Pelican Roost is a cozy cabin close to the shores and fun of Grand Lake! Swimming, playground, picnic tables, boat launch, and courtesy slips all available in the private resort. Pelican Roost is well equipped and sets in the shade of tall lakeside oaks. Washer and dryer, nicely equipped kitchen, Smart TV, deck, outdoor dining, and a grill. Room to park a car and boat. Just a short walk to the lake.
