A fully equipped, refurbished 3 bedroom, 1 shower 2 WC cottage next to our main house 2 queen size beds and 1 super king bed. New appliances throughout. 10 mins walk to Farmers market, 5 mins drive to Clevedon village, Hunua and mountain bike tracks. 15 mins drive Duder reserve, Kauri Bay Boomrock. 20 mins to Maraetai beach and Beachlands for the ferry to the City. max people 8 (6 staying, 2 visitors) Friendly cats will visit, if you have allergies this won't be for you.
