Portishead eco-home with a View

The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Mews is a self-catering, detached 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, close to, but separate from the main house. The Mews takes a max of 4 people (in 3 beds), with its own entrance, free parking for up to 3 cars, its own private summerhouse (with heating, lighting and power), and the private use of a section of a courtyard with outside seating. We are 1 mile from M5 Junc21; but 5 miles to Weston-super-Mare beach, and 10 miles to Bristol airport. Check-in is after 3pm; check-out by 10am.

Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind.

Self catering cottage, sleeps 4, in Portishead.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally separate and self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a washing and tumble drier.

Delightful country cottage in a farm setting. Private garden with hot tub, firepit, BBQ and relaxing chairs. Cosy wood burner for chilly evenings. Beautiful and tranquil location set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to miles of footpaths from the front door, including the West Mendip Way. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath, as well as many other beauty spots and attractions. A good selection of pubs and restaurants, some accessible on foot. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.
