There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)

Penthouse apartment overlooking Thames St. and the Harbor w/ a huge deck. Please take notice this a third floor apartment. Located in the heart of Newport right on Thames St. Cook dinner in the chef style kitchen and eat al fresco on the deck. The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Wonderful location in the heart of Newport with parking on-site which is great as most things you and your guests will want to do is in walking distance. The apartment has 3 rooms; 2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd room has a twin bed, there is also a pull out couch, (surprisingly comfortable) that makes into a double bed. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience! We are local and always available during your stay.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
