This is a cosy cottage -it has everything from Shower and bath, aircon and a outside area.Tygerberg Hospital and Univ Stellenbosch business school within 5min drive. CT airport is 14km away , CT cbd -22km. Grocery store 2m walk away. Uber operates here. Safe parking behind gate and elec fencing. Ideal for kne person for a short stay.

Centrally located in walking distance (500m) from the beach, many restaurants, shopping malls in a safe area. Apartment is situated in a complex with a communal braai area and is on the 1st floor.
