Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Inside the home, guests will find a well-equipped space that has comfortable mattresses, 65” Smart TV, workspace, and an open concept kitchen. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy grilling and entertaining under the covered patio and firepit area.

You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
