One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV. You have the run of the place! There are plenty of open closets free for you to use. I always unpack completely when traveling and I encourage you to do so! South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle. The SLU Seattle Streetcar (inbound) stops directly in front of the building. Hop on and get connected to Link Light Rail all the way to the airport or catch a bus to Capitol Hill, Ballard or Queen Anne. South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Full private above ground unit with sitting area and raised bath (think throne) off of the bedroom. Enter through a breakfast room where you can grab some coffee. In the summer sit outside and enjoy the garden. Note, no full kitchen. Free neighborhood parking. 3 blocks from public transit. It makes for a lovely stay.

Modern, airy and bright, this two bedroom condo sits in Uptown Queen Anne two blocks from Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle. It enjoys views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. Dozens of nearby restaurants and several nearby grocery stores. Ten minute walk to Pike Place Market, 87 Walkability score, public transit options within a block to get to down town, Pioneer Square and football games. Covered secure parking for up to two cars on site. Each bedroom has a queen bed.

James's Queen Anne guest house

Inspired by the show Tiny House Nation, I thought it would be fun to convert my small detached garage into my vision of a comfortable and modern living space with all the amenities. It's approx. 210 sq ft or 11 x 19 ft but has the feel of a much larger place . We are located in an amazing spot on the top of Queen Anne. Macrina's Bakery is just 100 ft along with the #2 Metro bus to take you downtown in just 10 minutes. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood!
