Crimpton Farm Cottages - The Owl

A stunning, cosy cottage located in the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once part of a looming house and barn, this Grade II Listed building has been converted to a lovely cottage with peaceful surrounding views. There are many picturesque footpaths located close to the cottage, and within reach of historical and geological sites with beautiful scenes of wildlife. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

Tailor's Cottage is ideally located in the centre of Clitheroe. The cottage comfortably accomodates three guests (1 king, 1 single) with additional sprung queen sofabed in the lounge. Dating back to 1846, the property has plenty of charm. Originally built to home local mill workers, Tailors Cottage has been sympathetically restored to reflect the past whilst offering fibre wifi, smart tv's and new fixture & fittings throughout. With gas central heating, and space for parking, the cottage is situated on a quiet lane in Grindleton, 3 miles from the market town of Clitheroe.

Situated in the Ribble Valley it is perfect for walks and cycling or as a base to explore with your car. We are at the foot of the Forrest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum.
