Stable Studio at Airlie Castle

A bright and comfortable open-plan space on the first floor of the old stable block on the Airlie estate, in the spectacular Angus Glens. High beamed ceilings give a spacious feel to the main room. Everything here is made from Douglas Fir ply, including walls, floor and furniture. It'll feel very cosy here at night with the lamps lit, the wood fire and the large bed with feather pillows and wool blankets. The loo and bathroom are down 4 steps, please note no dividing door. Minimum stay 1 night.

Unique Tin Cabin Retreat | Woodburner & Wildlife

Thoroughly modernised - it even has electricity - yet full of the character of buildings of its time (1910), Tin House (formerly known as the Bothy) is a place of peace and eclectic interior decor. Surrounded by the woods and fields of secluded Glenquiech, from this little house you can walk or cycle for miles, undisturbed; or be still, and listen to the silence. Red squirrels scamper.
