Located 7 miles north from the airport ferry terminal, 10 miles north of downtown, and 5 miles from Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. One bedroom with a queen and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Single cot available upon request. Three couches and a smart TV. Kitchenette has cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, hotplate, electric skillet, ect. NO STOVE. The “Diamond House” was built in the 80's by a local man named Mr. Diamond who was known for his smoked fish.

The Cozy Kraken was built in 2024 on the mountain side overlooking the Inside Passage with unmatched sunsets that make you feel like you’re on top of the world! This spacious high-end two bedroom apartment has its own entrance and water view deck with beach access. It is on the second floor of waterfront home. With two large bedrooms, a kitchen, and laundry, it’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is one of the nicest beaches in Ketchikan, just down from the public beach. Close to the marina for fishing.

3 bedroom and 1 bath short term rental apartment is located in the upper level of a duplex. Fully furnished to include most basics and some extras for a comfy space to stay. The space offers a large deck area with gorgeous ocean views, full size washer dryer in unit and plenty of space for a vehicle or two.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
