Cozy One Bedroom Apartment in the Country

What was originally a hay loft has been converted into a country chic barn apartment. We would love to host you and your friends and family (including actual kids and fur kids) on our property. Children love collecting eggs from the chicken coop and everyone loves a short hike to the creek. We are only an hour from Mammoth Cave National Park and an hour from Holiday World in Santa Claus Indiana. The local community has charming little shops, several restaurants, and The Beaver Dam amphitheater.

This property is one with nature & boasts a spacious, lush and private 2 acre lot with water front views/ access. Amazing in all seasons, you get a different perspective of wildlife & what it has to offer throughout the entire year! Fishing, hiking, kayaking, boating & cooking are some of our favorite frontier activities. Bring up to 12 people or just yourself & escape the commotion of the world.

Step back in time at this 1800s log cabin on historic DeLacey Farm. Surrounded by barns, wildlife, and wide-open fields, this rustic getaway sits on a nearly 100-year-old working farm—just minutes from Owensboro’s BBQ, bourbon, and small-town charm. Relax on the back deck with views of the original farm buildings, or head into town to explore the Green River Distillery and local eats. It’s the perfect blend of peaceful retreat and convenient access to everything Owensboro has to offer.

Rough River Retreat

You will enjoy plenty of space to sleep 10+ in this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. The Primary suite offers a King bed and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. A full size air mattress or pack in play is available upon request (if needed). A 2nd full bath is centrally located next to the open kitchen and living area. LOCATED 2 MILES FROM NICKS AND STATE PARK/RAMP.

Welcome to the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. Your escape from the day to day grind awaits. Our cabin was built in the 1800's and reassembled (with modern conveniences) in 1996. Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. Or you can just sit next to the fire, enjoy the night sky and relax! Either way... Welcome to Derby.

Highlander's Hidden Gem 1 Bedrm

Drive right up to your front door! There is only one other apartment sharing this location. Amenities include wifi, smart televisions in living room and bedroom, couch that folds out into a full size bed (pillows and blankets are in the ottoman in front of couch), eat in kitchen, and free parking. Even though this is a small town, there is a convenience store 1/2 block away, a Walmart that is 3 and 1/2 miles away, and two other local restaurants that deliver to your door.
