Vila Nobila Salicea

Is a new property, situated in a mountain area (595 meters altitude),sourounded with forests, 10 minutes to the university town Cluj-Napoca,with swiming pool with hotwater(30 Celsius degrees), sauna , one jacuzzi with hot and clean water,5 rooms with bathrooms with showers, Wi fi, the room can accommodate two people( If it is necesary, is possible an extrabed). Some rooms are extra acces to balcony. Acces to full equiped kichen. There is also a relaxation room with billiards, XBox and movies.

The house is set in the Apuseni mountains, in Matisesti - Horea village, on the tourist road DN1R which connects the regions Cluj and Alba. An old house located at 1050m altitude, she offers a wonderful view over the valley. She has 6 accommodation places. To the ground floor : There are two rooms with double bed each, the kitchen and one bathroom. Upstairs it is one room with one double bed. Both floors have a terrace. In the same yard there is another cottage for two people. Capacity 8pers

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cabin has preserved it’s original architecture. It’s uniqueness relies on keeping the brick walls authentic, it can be noticed at the kitchen design. The kitchen can be accessed from living room, by going down on stairs or from outside. At the end of the garden, there is a river. The place has a living room, bedroom and bathroom on one level and the kitchen with dining area on another level.
