Restored old building on medieval site, on edge of the Shropshire Hills AOB, in quiet location in central Bishop's Castle. Double and single bedrooms, lovely old furniture, luxurious modern comfort, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; walk-in shower downstairs, bathroom upstairs; centrally heated plus log-burner; wi-fi and television. With plenty of scenic walks from the door, this cosy pod provides the perfect escape to relax and unwind. The accommodation has been individually designed and furnished in a bespoke style, including a hot tub, wet room and cooking facilities. Luxury 100% cotton bed linen, towels and robes are provided, along with a few basic supplies.

Our holiday apartment occupies the top floor of the Old Vicarage, a grade 2 listed Georgian house with much older roots, located directly behind the church of St John the Baptist in the heart of the historic market town of Bishops Castle. From its lofty location guests can enjoy far reaching views over the town and hills beyond. Only a few steps to the nearest pub, shops, eateries and with immediate access to the Shropshire Way and many other walking and cycling routes.

This lovely barn is set in the midst of the Shropshire Hills National Landscape . With walks from your doorstep you can discover the natural beauty of the area or take time out on the patio and drink in the views over the lake to the Long Mynd beyond. Meet the friendly alpacas on site and of an evening cosy up together with a warm fire watching the moon and stars rise. Visit historic castles, country houses, magical stone circles and ancient monuments.

One of two Beautiful apartments ( this one is on the ground floor but is up a couple of steps so it is probably unsuitable for wheelchairs) in the historic Porch House; a 16th century grade II* listed timber framed town house in the centre of Bishops Castle, opposite a pub with lively music nights. The apartment has a super king size bed and room to take bicycles in the anteroom. Apartment 2 is under a separate listing.
